Teresa Herrera is a modern yogini inspired by the ancient roots of yoga. Exploring breath (”prana”), sacred movement, and the body, she has been practicing, traveling, and teaching yoga for over ten years. Her studies in Yogic arts, Buddhism, Meditation, World Culture, Dance, and Scuba Diving continuously infuses her approach to teaching and living the “flow” that is yoga. Under the generous guidance of her teacher Shiva Rea, she is certified in Prana Flow Yoga and Yoga Trance Dance.
