Fantasy basketball, in simple terms, is a numbers game.

Fantasy league players put together their own ‘fantasy’ team, then compete with others to see who has the most number of points, most threes made, rebounds, assists, steals, field goal percentage, and other stats used in a typical basketball game. The winning fantasy team is determined by the number of categories won by that team when playing head-to-head against another fantasy team.

Those who play this game are sometimes referred to as General Managers. The most popular form of fantasy basketball is played by drafting actual NBA players and computing their basketball statistics. The game was popularized by ESPN Fantasy Sports, NBA.com, and Yahoo! Fantasy Sports.

PBFantasy.com is a fantasy league with a local twist. It delivers the complete fantasy basketball experience for fans of the PBA, UAAP, and NBA. The site is basketball stats heaven for fans of local leagues. Aside from being totally free to join and play, the site also offers real world prizes such as cash and jerseys to the top teams per month.
